Payment Information

We offer flexible hours for scheduling your appointment, including morning, afternoon and evening and weekend appointments as well as full remote sessions. Your calls will be returned in a timely fashion, usually within 24 hours. You will be able schedule an appointment with a therapist within a week or two at the most. We are in-network with PPO plans in Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Aetna. In addition, individual therapists may be in network with other insurance providers so be sure to ask. We will also accept any insurance as an out of network provider or you may pay for your therapy yourself. In compliance with the No Surprises Act (effective 1/1/22), we can provide a Good Faith Estimate for services to any client who does not have or does not choose to use insurance to cover payment.
